Annual Membership

86.00

*PLEASE NOTE that NPAC now charges NL HST so the total has increased to 46.00 to accommodate this change. We do not charge HST on our portion and there is no change on our 40.00 portion. Therefore, fees for the upcoming membership year will be $86.00 total.

These fees include a membership in the Nurse Practitioner Association of Canada (NPAC).  Further NLNPA membership benefits include:

  • Bursaries and Educational Funding to support NP education

  • Information and opportunities specific to members of NLNPA such as:

    • opportunities to participate provincially and nationally in advocacy workshops

    • educational opportunities sponsored for members only

    • educational sessions by key-note speakers sponsored by pharmaceutical companies

    • reduced fees for conferences and/or continuing education

  • Fees are tax deductible

  • NLNPA Conferences

  • Social Events organized by NLNPA

  • Quarterly newsletters

Please be advised that, in accordance with our federal Nurse Practitioner Association of Canada (NPAC) counterpart (formally known as CAAPN), the Newfoundland and Labrador Nurse Practitioner Association’s membership year will run from April 1st to March 31st.  This alignment of NLNPA membership will allow us to continue to provide members with uninterrupted membership in both provincial and federal associations.  In turn, annual fees for upcoming membership years will be due on March 31st each year.  Any fees received after March 31st will be credited to the following membership year, but will be ineligible for membership years which have already begun.
