Margot Antle MN NPPresident Margot works in primary health care in St. John’s and as a per course instructor at Memorial University Faculty of Nursing. Her previous NP experience includes rural primary health care as well as long term care. She is passionate about forwarding the NP role and bringing attention to the undeniable value NPs bring to our healthcare system. In her spare time, Margot loves music, travelling, cooking and 
spending time with her friends, family and 2 very spoiled cats.

Kimberly French MN NPVice President Graduated from MUN School of Nursing in 2009, Bachelor of Nursing Graduated from MUN School of Nursing in 2016, Master of Nursing, Nurse Practitioner. Nationally certified Nurse Practitioner Certified in Adult Mental Health, LEAP palliative/end of life care. Recipient of Mary Coffey Nursing scholarship 2016 for leadership in clinical practice. Nominated for Eastern Health Service Excellence award, 2013. Recipient of scholarships for Master of Nursing, Eastern Health, NLNU, CRNNL. Eastern Health storyline top story of 2019, Nurse Practitioners working in Rural communities. Nominated for Hospital News Healthcare Hero, 2021 14 years of experience in health care. Experience ranges from frontline patient care in community health, internal medicine, emergency medicine, primary health care/family practice, long term care, and virtual care with 811 Healthline. Per course instructor at Memorial University, NP program, conducting research, monitoring and mentoring new health care practitioners, developing and presenting educational programs. Promoting and supporting professional practice and providing quality care is important and I am dedicated to the profession. I have worked in many settings and specialities throughout my career, and I have seen many positive things in healthcare, and I have encountered many hurdles. I am a voice for Nurse Practitioners of Newfoundland and Labrador and my goal is to contribute to the decisions that govern our professional body, to help move Nurse Practitioners toward strategic outcomes, and to improve accessibility and healthcare for people of our province.

Shannon Murphy MN NPCommunications Director Hi! I’m Shannon and I’m from CBS, NL. After graduating with my BN in 2012 I headed to Nain, Labrador. After completed my NP (family/all ages) degree in 2019, I moved back home and have worked in various settings including Emergency Medicine, Acute Care at Carbonear Hospital, and most recently, Primary Health Care in Conception Bay North. I also help out at the Collaborative Team Clinic in St. John’s. I’m exciting to be apart of the NLNPA executive advocating for NPs in our province! When not working you’ll find me curled up with a good book or with my partner playing fetch with our German Shepherd - Gigi.

Stephanie Sullivan MN NPTreasurer Hi, My name is Stephanie, I live in clarenville, NL, but I am originally from Paradise, NL. I graduated from the BN program in 2012. As an RN, I worked in northern communities within Manitoba and Labrador, as well as community health in the St. John’s area. I graduated from the Masters of Nurse Practitioner program at Memorial University in 2016. Over the last 7 years, I have been working at the Emergency Room in the Dr. G.B.Cross Memorial Hospital, located in Clarenville. I currently work in the new Family Care Teams clinic in Clarenville, where I provide primary care to patients of all ages. I am thrilled to become part of the executive with the NLNPA, and am looking forward to advocating on the behalf of all Nurse Practitioners of this province. When I am not working, I’m spending quality time with my 2 beautiful daughters and my partner.
